Our vine selection We consider wine to be a channel of communication. We seek to appeal to people who are interested in our wines, who understand them and would like to know something about where they come from; people who seek them out appreciate our commitment to sustainable production and have a preference for local varieties of grape (in a nutshell, they are people who like the real deal).
Free-standing vines on austere soils are somehow a metaphor for our own origins. By allowing our vines to develop naturally, we enable them to thrive in all their glory. We respect their right to mature and reach their full potential; in return, they make us the gift of top class wines.
